Luxury boutique hotel with an area of 2200m2, located in Ras Sudr, Egypt.
The main goal of the project is to improve the adjacent areas to the complex, preserving the existing buildings and the swimming pool. The alley network and the green areas have been completely renovated. There are open spaces with different functions, separated by green islands. The formation of "green islands" in the pavement creates a feeling of an oasis.
The planned trees have an openwork crown shape to emphasize the revealing sea views.
Extensive green meadows have been designed, and in some of the areas, it is planned to plant low and highly decorative flowers and shrubs.
There is a designated area for gatherings and wedding events with a magnificent view of the sea.
